How it Works

FREE ONE HOUR SESSION RULES?

We support the creative mind and as a contribution we offer a free one hour recording session.

Scheduling

We offer a free one hour recording session Monday – Thursday from 7am – 10am. Booked session are not guaranteed. The way it works:

  1. You put in a request
  2. The request will be approved for a date and time between Monday – Thursday from 7am – 10am.
  3. You will be notified once you’re booking has been approved. If you cannot accept the appointment, please notify us within 24hrs of receiving the confirmation.

Frequency:

You can only book a free 1hr session every three months if you have been approved. So if you have previously booked; there is a three months waiting period before you are able to book again.

Holding Fee:

Although the session is free; we do not guarantee your booking; If you want a guaranteed booking a $10 non-refundable holding fee is required, otherwise you will be placed in a queue.

No Shows:

If you booked a session and it was confirmed but you didn’t show for the session you will not be able to book another free session without a holding fee. Since we have a high demand for free sessions; it’s not fair to someone that could have come during the time you were a no show.

Tardiness:

If you were confirmed for a session; you have only 50 minutes because 5 minutes is used to setup your project and the session ends five minutes before the hour ends; so it’s imperative you arrive on time. If you will be more than 10 minutes late; it’s best to reschedule.

NOTE: It cannot be combined with any booked session.

Session Preparation:

Since you won’t have much time, it’s best to maximize on your scheduled time by providing use with any music you will be recording. (wav/mp3). If you don’t it will take longer to setup the session when you arrive; so

  • email use the files to [email protected]
  • subject: Session music
  • in the body of the email: Your name, Track Title, duration
